The extra space, staff and equipment enables Rug Wash to meet the growing demand for their services in the horse rug cleansing market, and reduce the turn round time on orders. We offer a same day cleaning service in an emergency situation, as well as a ‘while you wait’ repair service on clean or lightly soiled rugs at no extra charge.
Over the past 6 years Rugwash has built up a customer base covering Sussex and Surrey. Ranging from High Goal Polo Teams, Show Jumping, Eventing and International Dressage Yards, to DIY field liveries.
All Rugwash’s staff are horse owners and understand the needs and requirements of their customers and will gladly offer advice on all ‘rugging’ maters.
We have a policy of recycling badly damaged horse rugs, if the material is serviceable, by washing and reproofing the rug if necessary and dismantling it. This enables us to colour match and use the same manufacturer’s material in the repair whenever possible.
